What is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a group of web feed formats that makes it easy for people to keep up to date with content on their favorite websites. Rather than having to check multiple websites manually, RSS allows users to view all the latest web updates through a single program. This program is called a "feed reader" or an "aggregator".

What program should I use?

There are several feed reader options available for those who want to use RSS. To get you started, the most popular choices include SharpReader (Windows), NetNewsWire (Mac OS X), and Straw (Linux).

How do I sign up?

Once you have a feed reader installed, signing up is as easy as clicking any of the links found below or anywhere you see the RSS icon! You can sign up for all our site updates through our main feed, or you can choose a specialized one. Additionally, you can sign up for a special feed which will update you on all the comments posted on Way Too Loud. The choice is up to you!
